I am currently studying IT automation and how workflow efficiency trumps technology. It's not about the tools you use, it's about how you do your work. If a technology or tool complements, enhances, or automates your work process, use it! If you think the technology or tool will improve your process, look at your workflows first. The tool may only complicate things. Tools built with the process in mind are best.
I consider myself a student of leadership and keen on what makes people tick. I like to know who you are and what makes your world go 'round. In business, it's critical to know your people and seek to place them in the best position for their personal success.
